Wanesia Misquadace

An enrolled member of the Navajo Nations and Minnesota Lake Superior Chippewa Tribe , Mosgaadace Casuse is a second generation silversmith , painter flute player and loves lacrosse. He is a big fan of history especially the Navajo Code Talkers. His works can be seen at the Heard Museum/Wrights Gallery.

Wanesia Misquadace is an enrolled member of the Minnesota Lake Superior Chippewa Tribe, a visual artist/metalsmith and Assistant Professor at Arizona state University where she teaches Metals and Indigenous Arts. Misquadace earned her MFA from University of Wisconsin-Madison as Edgars Fellow and Chancellor Fellow 92015) and her BFA from the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico (2005) honored as Miss IAIA Ambassador and Bill and Melinda Gates Recipient. Her works can be seen at the Heard Museum Gift Shop/True West Gallery Santa Fe.
