Albert Nells

Albert Nells is a self-taught Navajo artist residing in Flagstaff, Arizona. He started his artist trade with leather work and mastered silversmithing in 1972. Albert’s unique style consist of sterling silver wire design overlay and channel inlay. The stones utilized are the sacred four direction stones of the Navajo. The wire designs are influenced by the old-style Navajo rugs and pottery.

Albert’s artistic influence comes from the Navajo Beauty Way of life. His award winning artwork has been recognized in galleries all over the world. All of Albert’s designs and lapidary are hand crafted.
